Understanding Mind Control

Mind control means taking complete command over actions and thoughts of another person without his/her consent.

Generally, a victim gives up basic social, religious or political beliefs, and attitudes. He is led to accept very contrasting ideas. On the contrary, brainwashing is the term used to refer to the state of being persuaded or mobilized by propaganda.

To date, there are misconceptions regarding mind control. Some people believe that parents use mind control as they raise children according to their cultural, moral, personal, and social standards.

Mind control utilizes behavior-changing techniques such as self-discipline, autosuggestion, and through clinics or workshops.

Are advertising and explicit sexual seduction examples of mind control? Can it be achieved via mind-blowing drugs, which can be given to a woman to physically abuse her while she’s under the influence of drug?

Tactics

A theory states that kidnap victims, who eventually become sympathetic to their kidnappers, are victims of wrong practice of mind control. The same may hold true for women living with abusive men or partners.

At the height of Korean War, some Chinese were subjected to brainwashing tactics like sensory deprivation, torture, and alleged Voodoo practices in the attempt to control their minds.

Generally, a person under mind control does not have complete awareness about the commands of the hypnotist.

What Mind Control Is Not

Mind control is not similar to brainwashing. The control of one's actions and thoughts is truly an interesting study and, to say the least, an important topic. However, it is not similar to brainwashing or the idea of programming people’s minds without their consent.

Manipulation or coercion of people into doing actions should never be considered as mind control. Inquisitors rarely succeed in controlling the minds of their victims. Once the threat of punishment is lifted, it follows that the imbedded beliefs consequently vanish.

To render a lady helpless by administering drugs so a man can rape her is never considered as mind control. The use of a frequency generator in giving people headaches or having them disoriented is not the same as actually controlling them.

A person's thoughts and actions can never be easily controlled just because you want him rendered as incapable of doing what you want him to do.

Indeed, there are many misconceptions about mind control. There are a lot of gray areas about the topic. This requires further study in order to maximize the benefits of using mind control, if there are any. Before this can be done, complete understanding is necessary.
