If you’re a parent, in management, a trainer or a coach, this can be invaluable for you while working with others. The first thing to realize is that not everyone processes information the same. That means we all learn differently. For the most part, we have three ways of processing and learning. The main three learning processes are: The Examiner The best way to help The Examiner learn is to give him a ton of time in the classroom or lab so they can rip through the material and learn on their own time – without the pressures and distractions outside their ‘mental world’. The Performer The Observer Learning can be fun or it can be a nightmare – for the teacher or the student. One thing is one hundred percent without a doubt. If you do not know the way you or your student learns, it can be extremely hard to be a success in that particular chosen field or subject.
